The Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card is available for consumers with fair-limited credit who are looking for a solid rewards program. This card comes with unlimited 1.5% Cash Back on every purchase, every day; 5% Cash Back on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel (terms apply), which is an excellent rewards rate for a card that doesn't require excellent or good credit to get approved.
The interest rate on this credit card is 29.99% (Variable) which is pretty high, but thats normal for credit cards for fair-limited credit.
The Capital One QuicksilverOne Cash Rewards Credit Card has an annual fee of just $39, which is pretty reasonable when you consider all the benefits that come with it. Overall, this is a great offer for consumers in this credit range.

With such a strong rewards rate on all purchases, this is a fantastic card for consumers with average credit.
The Not so Good
There’s a small $39 annual fee attached, but you can easily make that up with the rewards you earn.
