The Total VISA® Credit Card is a great option to consider for those who have no credit history or are looking to build their credit. Applicants will receive an instant response on the status of their app and they will be able to build credit because it reports to all three major credit bureaus.
Althought this is an unsecured card, it works very similar to secured cards so it does come with a few fees.
If you need your card faster than 7-10 business days, you can expedite delivery for a fee. This card is a Visa, which means it’s accepted everywhere Visa is accepted.

The Bottom Line
The Total VISA® Credit Card is decent option consumers trying to rebuild their credit, but this particular card does come with quite a few fees. Your account activity will be reported to the three major credit bureaus.
The Good
The main benefit of the Total VISA® Credit Card is that it allows cardholders a chance to build their credit. Rather than using cash to pay for your purchases, you can pay with your card and then pay off the balance as soon as you can. After about 6-12 months, you should have a good track record established.
The Not so Good
The annual fee is pretty high compared to the benefits of carrying the card.
